What you will do

• Install and configure software and hardware systems, managing network servers and technological tools.
• Maintain user accounts, access controls, and monitor system performance to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure maximum operational availability.
• Implement security measures, including access control management, backups, and protective protocols.
• Plan and execute upgrades, fixes, patches, and new version implementations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of technology strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux administration and application server management.
• Proven knowledge of JBoss EAP, Kafka, Camunda, and Elastic on RHEL and K8s platforms.
• Experience with mass operation of Linux servers.
• Fluency in Czech language is required.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and support communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Red Hat and VMware technologies (Ansible, RH Satellite, Git, K8s, Argo CD, VMware vSphere).
• Understanding of automation and scripting methodologies.
