Growth Product Manager

TL;DR

Growth Product Manager: Drive ARPU optimization by increasing product value and deepening user engagement within subscription products with an accent on retention, engagement, and perceived product value. Location: Remote within approximately ±4 hours of CET (Ukraine, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia)

What you will do

• Achieve 15% quarterly ARPU increase through enhancements in retention, engagement, and product value across subscription tiers.
• Build and optimize retention and engagement loops to deepen user satisfaction and extend subscription lifetime.
• Analyze user sessions daily to identify friction points, drop-offs, and behavioral patterns informing product decisions.
• Use AI tools like Claude for prototyping concepts directly considered for production.
• Own product backlog, prioritize experiments, and lead A/B and multivariate tests from hypothesis to scale.
• Maintain Mixpanel dashboards and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management with proven results in ARPU, retention, or engagement growth
• Hands-on with Mixpanel for building dashboards, funnels, cohorts, and custom reports
• Actively use AI tools (Claude and others) for prototyping, analysis, and problem-solving
• Deep understanding of subscription user lifecycle, retention psychology, and value-based growth
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights from data, behavior, and feedback
• Technical fluency in analytics, cohort analysis, backlog management, and data-driven decisions
