TL;DR

What you will do
- Analyze product funnels to identify drop-offs, friction points, and inefficiencies.
- Benchmark competitors and identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- Formulate and validate data-backed hypotheses to improve conversion and retention.
- Build functional prototypes and user flows using AI tools (e.g., v0, Lovable).
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to move experiments into production.
- Analyze experiment results to define next steps for end-to-end user journey optimization.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, CRO, or product roles, preferably in D2C/SaaS.
- Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, or Amplitude.
- Ability to build realistic product flows using modern AI prototyping tools.
- Clear communication in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and high attention to detail.
- Must be based within ± 4 hours of CET time zone.
Nice to have
- Experience with D2C subscription products.
- Basic understanding of frontend logic.
- Familiarity with session recording tools like Clarity, Hotjar, or FullStory.
- Experience running and supporting A/B tests.
