TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Growth): Own the full growth funnel from user acquisition and activation through retention and revenue expansion with an accent on experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on designing and analyzing A/B tests, optimizing funnel bottlenecks, and shipping features like onboarding flows and lifecycle nudges to drive key metrics like activation rate, retention, and LTV/CAC.

What you will do

  • Define and own growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization (AARRM).
  • Identify opportunities by analyzing user funnel bottlenecks and prioritize growth experiments.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data to build and ship growth features like onboarding and upsell prompts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align initiatives.
  • Present strategies, results, and priorities to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in product management, growth marketing, or related, with proven growth outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL, product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel), experimentation platforms (Optimizely, LaunchDarkly)
  • Deep understanding of growth funnel and experience optimizing at least two stages
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests with statistical rigor
  • Excellent communication to synthesize data into narratives
  • Collaborative style to influence without authority

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or consumer tech
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG)
  • CRM and lifecycle tools (Braze, Intercom, Customer.io)
  • Background in growth marketing, data science, or business analytics
  • Agile/scrum environment experience
