TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the full CRM lifecycle from registration to reactivation across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Drive user activation and reduce Time to First Value through structured onboarding and lifecycle flows.
  • Design and scale cohort-based retention and win-back strategies to reduce churn and increase engagement.
  • Build CRM initiatives to improve conversion to paid, ARPU, and overall LTV.
  • Lead behavioral segmentation and end-to-end A/B testing from hypothesis to decision.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to improve CRM infrastructure and processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention roles within SaaS or product companies.
  • Proven track record of scaling end-to-end CRM lifecycles with measurable impact on revenue and activation.
  • Strong expertise in data-driven decision making, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, including hypothesis design and control group management.
  • Experience managing CRM communications for large user bases (100k+ MAU).
  • High level of ownership and ability to operate autonomously in an evolving environment.
