What you will do
- Design and implement a pragmatic governance framework for AI use cases, agents, and workflows.
- Define governance principles, roles, permission models, and access controls across platforms.
- Operationalize governance processes including approvals, checkpoints, and documentation requirements.
- Integrate compliance requirements, such as the EU AI Act, coordinating with Legal, Security, and employee representatives.
- Develop standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistent governance across all AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with AI Strategy and Engineering teams to embed governance into the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) within a digital or technology-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of AI-based and digital solutions from a governance and control perspective.
- Proven experience in defining, establishing, and maintaining processes, frameworks, or policies.
- Ability to balance regulatory and compliance requirements with business and innovation objectives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with specific AI governance topics such as the EU AI Act or data governance.
- Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security functions.
