What you will do

• Manage plant-wide KPIs, ensuring availability within the first week of each month
• Evaluate inventories for plant 003 and track E&O values
• Perform monthly energy consumption evaluations and prepare EMS management reviews
• Monitor maintenance and RHB costs to support cost management
• Process productivity data per segment and track weekly key figures
• Identify and develop improvement opportunities within reporting and energy areas

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience
• Language: Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work at the Regen site in Germany

Nice to have

• Previous professional experience in an assistant role
• Knowledge of SAP
