What you will do

• Build a new service to deliver ML-generated enriched attributes to customers.
• Design a high-throughput, low-latency Badges service for heavy traffic.
• Deploy high-available cloud services and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Set up service observability, monitoring metrics, and alerting via Prometheus, Grafana, and PagerDuty.
• Manage dedicated databases for enriched items and metadata to ensure data consistency and performance.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Python and backend development patterns.
• Experience designing and maintaining high-load real-time services and public APIs.
• Strong computer science background and familiarity with networking principles.
• English: C1/C2 (Advanced/Fluent) communication skills required.
• Location: Ability to work remotely from any country.

Nice to have

• Experience with NoSQL and relational databases, distributed systems, and caching solutions.
• Experience with compiled languages such as Go or Rust.
