What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve backend services for internal data tooling.
• Build and evolve systems for event tracking, validation, and data management.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to support behavioral data use cases.
• Participate in architectural decisions regarding backend systems and data flows.
• Support the migration to a new first-party data platform using Snowflake.
• Improve system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with Python (Django preferred).
• Solid understanding of system design, API architecture, and database design (MySQL).
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features.
• Location: Must be based in Central Europe

Nice to have

• Experience with data pipelines, analytics, or tracking systems.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or similar).
• Interest or experience in GenAI / LLM-based applications.
