What you will do

• Develop and maintain advanced synthesis technology for Palladium & Protium.
• Implement new VHDL and Verilog constructs and feature support within the synthesizer.
• Execute logic optimization and performance improvement tasks to enhance synthesizer efficiency.
• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment on multi-site and multi-person projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE, CS, or CE.
• 3-5 years of industry experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and strong understanding of Operating System concepts.
• Experience with design modeling using Verilog/SV, VHDL, or SysC.
• Location: Must be based in Shanghai.

Nice to have

• Experience in RTL modeling of BFMs and verification methodologies using UVM and SC/TLM.
• Professional experience in EDA/CAD tool development or logic design verification.
• Knowledge and experience with AI tools such as Copilot or Claude code.
