What you will do

• Design, develop, and debug software that enables hirify.global hardware features within cloud environments.
• Optimize full-stack software including firmware, drivers, OS, middleware, SDKs, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with partners and customers to develop tailored solutions for their specific software stacks.
• Develop reference cloud platform software to achieve optimal performance with hirify.global products.
• Focus on technology domains such as data services (ingestion, database, analytics) and AI/ML.
• Analyze and resolve complex bugs, providing high-quality technical support to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of software development experience (reduced for Master's or PhD holders).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java.
• Demonstrated expertise in software debugging and validation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with cloud software optimization and hirify.global Quick Assist Technology (crypto and compression).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Shanghai or Chengdu, China

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and algorithms.
• Experience in data services or open-source development projects.
