TL;DR

Senior Frontend Developer (Angular): Leading and contributing to the migration of a legacy insurance platform to Angular 21 with an accent on modern frontend architecture and AI-assisted development. Focus on designing scalable interfaces, migrating legacy AngularJS components, and optimizing developer productivity using AI agents.

Location: Hybrid from Cracow, Poland (2 days per week from the office)

Salary: 900 - 1200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Lead the migration of legacy insurance systems to a modern Angular 21 architecture.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) and AI agents to increase productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a configurable SaaS/PaaS platform.
• Participate in technical decision-making, architecture discussions, and solution design.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to effort estimation and planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience working with legacy systems, including exposure to AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and the ability to review AI-generated code.
• Solid understanding of frontend testing concepts (unit, integration, e2e).
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from the Cracow office (2 days/week)

Nice to have

• Experience with Java for improved backend collaboration.
• Previous experience with AngularJS migration projects.
• Background working with SaaS or PaaS platforms.
