What you will do

• Manage R&D projects to develop a competitive product portfolio for air systems.
• Develop and test new process concepts, prototypes, and handle IPR actions.
• Conduct process modeling for board, paper, and coating drying, and maintain simulation software.
• Perform measurements and process analyses at customer machines to improve operation and efficiency.
• Dimension drying solutions and heat recovery processes for customer projects.
• Provide technical support to delivery project engineering and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., process engineering).
• Experience in research and development (R&D) and product management.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally (20-60 days per year).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
