Location: Based in any site in Finland (Helsinki, Espoo, Äetsä, Harjavalta, Joutseno, Kuusankoski, Oulu, Pori, Tampere, Vaasa) or Helsingborg, Sweden. Requires regular travel to customer sites in Finland and Sweden, occasionally elsewhere in EMEA.

What you will do
- Engage directly with customers at sites as technical expert to discuss solutions, support applications, and resolve chemistry-related issues.
- Drive technical marketing of Fiber Essentials products aligned with business strategy, collaborating with sales, product management, and development teams.
- Assess product performance in pulping/bleaching, develop marketing materials, and ensure workplace safety.
- Provide technical support for product/business development, identify market opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead customer production audits, troubleshooting, and regular site visits in Finland/Sweden and EMEA.
- Gather/analyze customer and competitor data for pricing, positioning, and innovation insights.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in application management, technical sales/support in pulp mills, deep knowledge of pulp processes (especially bleaching).
- Academic degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in chemical/process engineering or chemistry; min 5 years experience.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, presentation skills; ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills for performance evaluation and translating business goals into plans.
- Excellent English and Finnish (written/spoken); Swedish advantage. Willingness to travel regularly to Finland/Sweden and EMEA.
- Self-motivated, independent worker focused on value creation.
