Logistics Technical Lead (High-Tech)

What you will do

• Maintain a comprehensive overview of end-to-end logistics flows and ensure alignment with hirify.global Logistics Level 3 governance.
• Develop and update quality documentation, including process descriptions, workflows, and L5 work instructions.
• Perform regular gemba walks to verify process execution and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to align problem statements and implement compliant solutions.
• Manage logistics projects, including target setting, reporting, and tracking the critical path to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze and implement logistics and planning processes within SAP and other IT tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operational logistics and material flow engineering, preferably in high-tech, low-volume assembly.
• Substantial experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP ECC/EWM.
• Proven track record in factory-level project management and continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience with Hoshin Kanri and end-to-end KPI management.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Linkou, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience as a people leader.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Practical experience with Smart Logistics (Automation, IoT, AGV, RFID, Cobot, etc.).
