What you will do

• Handle engineering (e-STR) operations and follow-up.
• Manage components and materials, arranging shipments to subcontractors or internal product lot adjustments.
• Align device disposition (scrap or keep) to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Review capacity and cycle time against actual performance.
• Support engineering order handling and conversion.
• Perform resource and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English.
• Available to work from July to December 2026, at least 3 days per week.
• Must be based in Kaohsiung or Taipei, Taiwan.
