What you will do

• Design and develop new electronic control components for construction equipment.
• Oversee compliance with development processes and regulations for electrical and electronic systems and components.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to electronic components.
• Manage and negotiate with electrical and electronic equipment suppliers.
• Collaborate with enterprise partners to optimize solutions based on business needs.
• Mentor junior engineers within the team.

Requirements

• Experience with PCBA layout and design.
• Knowledge of machine sensors and controls, including electro-hydraulic systems.
• Experience with Electronic Component EMC and mobile equipment electronic systems.
• Ability to read electrical systems diagrams.
• Experience with CREO CAD software.
• Experience managing development projects, including timelines and action lists.

Nice to have

• Fundamental understanding of mobile machine operation, ideally construction equipment.
• Experience in validation and testing of electronic components.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to manage end-to-end projects and supplier relationships.
