What you will do

• Provide comprehensive fund administration services to Hedge Funds.
• Apply accounting principles to financial reporting and review transaction and valuation information.
• Manage NAV preparation, reconciliations, and period-end processes.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audit processes.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day queries and communications.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or fund accounting.
• Strong grounding in NAV preparation and diversified fund structures (PE, RE, Hedge, or multi-asset).
• Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines independently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience handling Japanese clients or working with Japan-based stakeholders.
• Direct client-facing experience.
• Exposure to statutory or investor financial statement preparation.
