Accounting Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end global stock-based compensation accounting, including compliance with ASC 718, valuations, expense recognition, and modifications
• Support monthly, quarterly, annual financial reporting, SEC reporting, and proxy disclosures
• Maintain SOX controls, audit readiness, and governance frameworks for equity programs
• Oversee system integrations between equity platforms and general ledger, plus ERP transformation projects
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Treasury, Legal, Accounting Policy, and Corporate Planning
• Lead forecasting, scenario analysis, provide guidance on new award structures, and develop a high-performing accounting team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• Minimum 7+ years progressive accounting experience with focus on stock compensation
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, particularly ASC 718/IFRS2
• SOX controls and compliance experience
• Proven leadership in cross-functional, complex environments
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to have

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification
• SEC reporting and executive compensation experience
• SAP S/4HANA and equity platform (E-Trade) knowledge
• Finance transformation and automation experience
• People management experience
