What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and development lifecycle for the Group's Core Data Platform.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Group-wide Permission Management System.
• Translate business requirements from diverse stakeholders into executable specifications for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to improve service quality based on customer needs.
• Prioritize product backlogs and requirements to deliver the product vision.
• Manage stakeholders from various departments to resolve conflicting interests and align goals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Product Owner.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and specifications.
• Agile mindset with the ability to respond quickly to change.
• English: Fluent/Business level required
• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan

• Experience with large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Previous professional experience as a developer.
