Salary: $192,000 — $323,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies for SLED accounts.
• Conduct research and discovery to understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of cloud technology.
• Execute the delivery of POCs for customers with complex use cases, collaborating with internal engineering teams.
• Craft technical content and deliver product demonstrations that showcase how the hirify.global platform meets business needs.
• Distill customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
• Proven experience selling into SLED (State, Local, and Education) accounts.
• Strong understanding of IAM (SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP).
• Deep knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and core security concerns (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption, XSS, XSRF).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on development experience in web (JavaScript, HTML), mobile (iOS, Android), or backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby).
• Experience with IP-based real-time communications.
