What you will do

• Perform multiplex staining and slide preparation for spatial omics experiments.
• Operate imaging systems and execute routine QC, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Contribute to protocol optimization and process improvements as experience grows.
• Gradually take ownership of defined workflows and cross-train across spatial biology platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on lab experience in academic or industry settings.
• Direct experience with multi-step protocols and human tissue sections.
• Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs with high precision and consistency.
• Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
• Onsite laboratory presence required; occasional weekend coverage may be necessary with flexible weekday scheduling.

Nice to have

• Exposure to histology, in situ hybridization, immunofluorescence, or similar techniques.
• Experience with FFPE tissue handling.
• Familiarity with fluorescence microscopy.
• Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional lab environment.
