What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies for cost reduction, localization, and second sourcing.
• Manage procurement projects and negotiate improved payment terms to enhance financial efficiency.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) by identifying and qualifying alternate sources for components.
• Coordinate supplier assessments, audits, and vendor risk mitigation projects.
• Maintain critical supply base data within SAP, including Source Lists and Purchase Info Records (PIR).
• Resolve critical supply issues to ensure continuous and stable production operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Direct material sourcing experience specifically within the Electronics, Automotive, or Electrical industries.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and practical knowledge of SAP or other ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
