What you will do

• Analyze demand signals using MRP and related systems to ensure accurate and timely purchase order placement.
• Execute the release of purchase orders to support production requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Conduct RFQ processes for gap buys and alternative sourcing requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency and value.
• Monitor supply status, communicate risks to stakeholders, and lead negotiations to mitigate production impacts.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Engineering, and Logistics in cross-functional teams (CFTs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Engineering, or a related Supply Chain Management course.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in buying and purchasing functions.
• Location: Must be onsite in Baguio City, PH.
• English: Proficiency in verbal and written communication required.
• Familiarity with MRP and ERP systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and basic knowledge of contracts.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
