What you will do

• Supervise production departments to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate with logistics and quality departments to align production needs.
• Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Efficiency, Downtime, and PPM.
• Plan personnel assignments and operational activities within assigned sections.
• Lead rework activities and implement 5S housekeeping standards.
• Manage and coordinate output for Auto and Emi auto machines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production supervision and personnel management.
• Ability to perform performance analysis and implement effective improvement actions.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental protection regulations.
• Capability to lead, motivate, and evaluate associates.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chemor (Ipoh), Malaysia
