Salary: $63,000 - $92,000 USD (plus discretionary annual bonus)

What you will do

• Develop AI agents to streamline workflows, derive insights, and ensure cohesion across keywords, ads, and landing pages
• Analyze campaign changes and market dynamics to provide actionable insights for future strategies
• Use data feeds for personalized ad experiences across thousands of campaigns
• Build scalable systems to maximize event coverage in Google search results from internal catalog
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams on roadmaps for profitable SEM growth
• Communicate insights and recommendations through concise, data-driven summaries

Requirements

• 2+ years in an analytical role on a performance-driven team
• Strong attention to detail and track record of impactful learnings
• Proactive mindset to identify opportunities, execute, and measure outcomes
• Fan-first mindset understanding customer experience and KPIs
• Familiarity with AI agents and no-code tools like Airtable, Make, Zapier
• Fluency in analytics tools (Excel, Hex, Looker, Mixpanel) and scripts (Google Sheets, Google Ads)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
