Salary: $121,000 - $175,000 USD (equity eligible, discretionary bonus)

What you will do

• Design, build, and support shared platform systems and tooling for reliable development and operations across hirify.global.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to address performance, scalability, and reliability as the marketplace grows.
• Contribute to system reliability, observability, security, and scalability through automation and abstractions.
• Operate production systems: support releases, on-call rotation, incident response.
• Collaborate to identify friction and improve software building and operations.
• Evolve internal platforms, APIs, standards, and tooling; evaluate new technologies.
• Use automation and AI-assisted workflows to boost efficiency; share knowledge via documentation and discussions.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience contributing to design, development, or operation of platform or product applications
• Passion for frictionless, high-quality developer interfaces and workflows
• Familiarity with production systems: reliability, security, scalability, deployments
• Thoughtful code writing: clarity, maintainability, usability for others
• Interest in developer experience, platform usability, team productivity
• Comfort collaborating across teams, communicating, solving technical needs
• Commitment to learning, growth, knowledge sharing, feedback
