What you will do

• Architect LLM-powered, agentic tools for self-healing infrastructure and automated root-cause analysis.
• Drive GCP/Kubernetes roadmap, balancing developer needs with emerging technologies.
• Define and maintain SLOs, incident processes, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Embed security practices like access controls and vulnerability management.
• Productize CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, TeamCity) into self-service tooling.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Deep GCP proficiency (AWS plus); cloud networking, security best practices.
• Extensive Kubernetes experience at scale (self-managed and managed).
• Data systems: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka.
• Strong coding in Python, Go, Java, TypeScript; modern dev practices.
• IaC (Terraform), GitOps (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, TeamCity).
• Observability with OpenTelemetry; AI tools proficiency (Cursor, Copilot, Claude).
