Salary: $123,000 — $169,400 USD

What you will do

• Produce high-profile keynote stages and translate core messaging into cohesive, impactful experiences.
• Lead end-to-end production workstreams, including timelines, staging concepts, and technical deliverables.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Comms to ensure strategic messaging alignment across all assets.
• Manage large-scale production budgets and coordinate with external agency partners for flawless execution.
• Collaborate with data teams to analyze ROI and measurable impact to optimize future events.
• Serve as a production lead for executives to ensure consistent and impactful stage delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in event management or live production, specifically focusing on mainstage/keynote experiences in the technology sector.
• Must be based in the Seattle or Chicago metro areas with the ability to work in a hybrid office environment.
• Ability to travel for 4-6 events per year.
