Location: Remote within US (Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones). Requires in-person onboarding at San Francisco HQ.
Salary: $128,000 — $176,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Own the account management function for strategic Auth0 customers, covering both business and technical aspects.
- Advise customers on best practices and product adoption in a post-sales capacity.
- Engage with various personas, including CISOs, Product Owners, and developers.
- Review customer architectures and configurations to enhance security posture and ROI.
- Drive subscription adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Contribute to internal and external enablement content for staff and customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years as a TAM or similar practitioner in the IAM space.
- Proficiency in identity federation protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Ability to code in Javascript.
- Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and containerization.
- Knowledge of encryption, PKI, and RSA.
- Must reside in Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones.
