What you will do

• Design mechanical and fire safety systems, including fire alarms, detection, suppression, and smoke control.
• Prepare and present detailed technical reports and engineering presentations.
• Review design and construction submittals for compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site surveys to inspect and evaluate building features and systems.
• Plan and direct engineering activities across various projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Fire Protection, or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in the design and layout of mechanical or specialty engineering systems.
• Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.
• Strong technical report writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Professional engineering (PE) registration is preferred.
