What you will do

• Understand and apply lifecycle marketing best practices, strategies, and processes.
• Execute email & SMS campaigns across multiple lifecycle platforms.
• Create campaign calendars and write custom copy for diverse client audiences.
• Segment audiences using behavior and demographic data; build targeted customer journeys.
• Analyze performance, report findings, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Optimize user experience based on data and A/B testing; assist with ad hoc projects.
• Participate in end-of-semester client deliverable project.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a college or university course receiving credit for this internship.
