What you will do

• Research and build targeted prospect lists based on the company's ideal customer profile.
• Develop, launch, and manage cold email outreach campaigns using Instantly.ai and other automation tools.
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance (deliverability, open/reply rates) and implement data-driven improvements.
• Analyze marketing data and prepare reports with ROI-focused recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to support overall marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound lead generation and cold email marketing.
• Hands-on experience using Instantly.ai or similar cold email automation platforms.
• Strong experience creating and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for outbound campaigns.
