Location: Must be based in the US (Remote and Hybrid options available, specifically in the MidAtlantic region and other US regions)

Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead comprehensive on-site assessments and multi-day surveys of healthcare facilities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop customized plans of correction based on NFPA, Joint Commission, CMS, and DNV requirements.
• Apply Emergency Management principles to hazard vulnerability analyses (HVAs), policy development, and simulation exercises.
• Deliver hands-on and classroom training in fire safety, fire response, and surgical fire prevention.
• Manage client engagements and build long-term strategic partnerships to ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify business growth opportunities and support the development of proposals and new service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fire Protection, Fire Science, Safety, Emergency Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare-related consulting or compliance experience focused on Life Safety and Emergency Management.
• Deep knowledge of NFPA 101 and associated standards (e.g., NFPA 13, 72, 25).
• Strong understanding of the CMS 2016 Emergency Preparedness Rule and accrediting body standards.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 50% (typically alternating weeks between home and client sites).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
