Location: Hybrid (Bellevue, WA; San Francisco, CA; Washington, DC). Requires in-person onboarding and travel to San Francisco, CA or Chicago office during the first week of employment.

Salary: $172,000 — $265,000 USD annual base

What you will do

• Architect next-generation business strategies for the product portfolio in collaboration with VP+ stakeholders.
• Assess the strategic implications of emerging AI technologies on the Identity Security market and competitive positioning.
• Own the entire strategic lifecycle from hypothesis development and market research to financial impact modeling and executive alignment.
• Develop and execute granular, driver-based growth plans for new product innovation.
• Conduct advanced quantitative analysis to diagnose product performance variance and translate findings into strategic actions.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations to facilitate high-stakes discussions and secure critical strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years post-MBA experience in high-impact strategy, top-tier management consulting, or product management.
• Demonstrated understanding of complex B2B SaaS business models and value drivers.
• Strategic AI fluency with a strong perspective on AI's implications for B2B SaaS and Enterprise Security.
• Proven track record of building trusted advisory relationships with VP/SVP level executives.
• Expertise in translating ambiguous data environments into clear, synthesized strategic narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience in sophisticated quantitative and qualitative customer research.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Experience at top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
• MBA from a leading program.
