What you will do

• Set strategy and own long-term roadmap for core underwriting product areas.
• Drive execution working closely with engineers, designers, and technical teams.
• Add oversight and rigor to product and engineering processes.
• Lead strategic enterprise integrations to unlock user value.
• Mentor other product managers and contribute to company culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in senior or principal role
• Excel at leading cross-functional teams and influencing executives, including engineering architecture decisions
• Hustle mindset: remove obstacles, take initiative, get things done
• Deep customer understanding and ability to ship complex, high-impact products at scale
• Data-driven with quantitative and qualitative insights for prioritization
• Leverage AI tools for productivity and product innovation
• Enterprise SaaS or FinTech experience

Nice to have

• Experience at venture-backed startup during hyper-growth
• Built and released major product end-to-end or scaled existing product
• Computer science or engineering background
