Senior Fullstack Engineer (Climate Tech)

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end features across the stack (React/Next.js, NestJS, Python, PostgreSQL)
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to solve real customer problems
• Own your work from idea to deployment and beyond
• Work on service-oriented architecture deployed on AWS
• Bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape technical direction with the team
• (Senior level) Mentor others and raise the engineering bar

Requirements

• 5-8 years hands-on experience in fullstack or web development in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ideally with React and/or Next.js
• Experience building backend services in Node.js or Python
• Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; strong communicator across functions
• Passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions, and climate tech

Nice to have

• Worked on real-time processing, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, performance optimization, or scalable APIs
• Experience in small teams or startups with high ownership
