Software Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Build full-stack systems to collect, process, and display user generated content at scale
• Develop reliable backend services and APIs for reviews, photos, and ratings
• Create intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces to encourage traveler contributions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to enhance traveler journey
• Use data and feedback to refine ranking, personalization, and recommendation algorithms

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in Munich or Bottighofen with hybrid model
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years professional experience in software engineering
• Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js for frontend and backend
• Experience or exposure to automated testing and CI/CD workflows
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL, or key-value stores)

Nice to have

• Experience with additional languages such as Python, Go, Scala, or PHP
