What you will do

• Design integration architectures mapping hirify.global endpoints, webhooks, and data models to customer product requirements.
• Write production code in customer environments: webhook consumers, data transformations, auth flows, retry logic.
• Debug full-stack issues from device sync failures to data pipeline drops across 3–5 strategic accounts.
• Translate field learnings into platform improvements and build reference SDKs/sample apps.
• Scope technical requirements during sales, estimate API volumes, and define integration timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years building software with experience designing and consuming REST APIs at scale.
• End-to-end integration ownership: OAuth 2.0, API keys, webhooks, error handling, retry logic, idempotency.
• Strong in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for prototyping webhook consumers, SDKs, data pipelines.
• Direct technical customer/partner experience translating issues to root causes and fixes.
• Ability to context-switch between multiple customer architectures while communicating clearly to engineers and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with health/fitness/biomedical data (HRV, sleep staging, wearable noise).
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, FHIR, HL7 standards.
• Background in developer tools, platform engineering, API products, data pipelines at scale.
• Work in wearables, digital health, or health AI; contributions to docs/SDKs/open-source.
• Athlete mindset: training, competing, or obsessing over personal health data.
