What you will do

• Translate top-line ideas or client briefs into high-end concepts and productions for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Manage development and production of social-first videos, keeping brand and platform at the core.
• Write detailed decks, presentations, storyboards, and scripts for clients and new business.
• Handle budgets, recommend solutions, and work with editors to craft final video assets.
• Communicate creative ideas accurately on behalf of the team.

Requirements

• Hybrid in London office 3 days/week; willing to attend shoots and travel around the UK.
• Solid understanding of production disciplines, budgets, and timing.
• Knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), formats, specs, and delivery requirements.
• Experience with copyright for stills, film, music, SFX, and rights.
• Run smaller shoots independently; support larger productions with risk assessments, talent agreements, permits, logistics.
• Strong agency production workflows; confidence presenting storyboards/scripts for budgeting.
