Salary: 225 000 – 330 000 PLN per year

What you will do

• Translate user stories into robust, scalable technical designs and execute features end-to-end.
• Architect secure solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform, specifically within Sales Cloud and CPQ domains.
• Maintain architectural integrity through rigorous peer reviews and ensure 100% unit test coverage.
• Build and maintain automated test regression suites to identify regressions proactively.
• Manage the deployment cycle using SFDX and Jenkins, ensuring final validation in Production.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Process/Flow Automations, and LWC.
• 3+ years of general software engineering experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• In-depth practical experience within Sales Cloud and CPQ domains.
• Expertise in modern AI agent frameworks, orchestration techniques, RAG pipelines, and vector search.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, specifically utilizing Jenkins and Salesforce DX (SFDX).
• Must be based in or be able to work in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Administrator, Application or Technical Architect).
• Experience designing or implementing advanced Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Previous experience working in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS companies.
