Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland
Salary: 225 000 – 330 000 PLN per year

What you will do
- Translate user stories into robust, scalable technical designs and execute features end-to-end.
- Architect secure solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform, specifically within Sales Cloud and CPQ domains.
- Maintain architectural integrity through rigorous peer reviews and ensure 100% unit test coverage.
- Build and maintain automated test regression suites to identify regressions proactively.
- Manage the deployment cycle using SFDX and Jenkins, ensuring final validation in Production.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Process/Flow Automations, and LWC.
- 3+ years of general software engineering experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- In-depth practical experience within Sales Cloud and CPQ domains.
- Expertise in modern AI agent frameworks, orchestration techniques, RAG pipelines, and vector search.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, specifically utilizing Jenkins and Salesforce DX (SFDX).
- Must be based in or be able to work in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Administrator, Application or Technical Architect).
- Experience designing or implementing advanced Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Previous experience working in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS companies.
