TL;DR
ERP Team Lead (ERP): Leading the development and stability of internal business systems with an accent on finance, accounting, and HR processes. Focus on building a high-performing team, managing external vendors, and aligning IT services with business needs.
Location: Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid or Onsite)
Salary: 26 200 – 36 000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do
- Lead and develop the ERP team, shaping its structure, goals, and professional growth.
- Ensure the stability and continuous development of systems supporting finance, accounting, tax, and HR & payroll.
- Manage the team budget, including financial planning and cost control.
- Coordinate and supervise cooperation with external vendors and partners.
- Oversee system administration tasks such as license management, backups, and user access.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align IT services with organizational business requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in analysis, development, or implementation of ERP systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building and managing a professional team.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end initiatives or acting as an area owner.
- Ability to manage backlogs, priorities, and roadmaps with business stakeholders.
- English and Polish proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
- Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other major ERP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting, controlling, and tax regulations.
- Experience working within an international corporate environment.
