Location: Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid or Onsite)

Salary: 26 200 – 36 000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead and develop the ERP team, shaping its structure, goals, and professional growth.
• Ensure the stability and continuous development of systems supporting finance, accounting, tax, and HR & payroll.
• Manage the team budget, including financial planning and cost control.
• Coordinate and supervise cooperation with external vendors and partners.
• Oversee system administration tasks such as license management, backups, and user access.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align IT services with organizational business requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in analysis, development, or implementation of ERP systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building and managing a professional team.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end initiatives or acting as an area owner.
• Ability to manage backlogs, priorities, and roadmaps with business stakeholders.
• English and Polish proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
• Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other major ERP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting, controlling, and tax regulations.
• Experience working within an international corporate environment.
