Power Platform Developer

TL;DR

Power Platform Developer (Power Apps/Automate/Pages): Designing and implementing complex solutions leveraging Power Platform with an accent on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI. Focus on acting as lead developer, participating in full solution lifecycle from pre-sales to development, and educating junior resources.

Location: Poland (“Office as an option” – remote or in the office)

What you will do

• Act as lead developer or technical lead on Power Platform projects.
• Design and implement complex solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.
• Educate junior resources and stay updated on product improvements.
• Participate in full solution lifecycle: pre-sales, analysis, requirements gathering, design and development.
• Work closely with internal teams and international customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years in IT, 3+ years in Power Platform
• Very good knowledge of Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate
• English proficiency (verbal and written) is a must
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving, critical thinking
• Experience delivering end-to-end applications and automations
• Awareness of newest Power Platform features
• Experience with Copilot Studio

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query M, SQL
• Dynamics 365, Dataverse, data modelling, performance tuning
• CI/CD, version control, Python
• Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse etc.), Microsoft Fabric, other clouds
• Boomi, BluePrism
• International customers, agile/waterfall, stakeholder management, E2E BI solutions
