SAP HCM SF Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)

TL;DR

SAP HCM SF Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors): Rollout and support of SuccessFactors Cloud application modules focusing on Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Compensation with an accent on business process optimization and global solution design. Focus on the strategic development of the cloud landscape, integration with on-premise applications, and IT project management within the HCM domain.

Location: Wrocław, Poland. Hybrid (2 days WFH) or fully remote for employees living over 100 km away from Wrocław.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes to optimize the existing SAP environment.
• Rollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud modules, specifically Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Compensation.
• Design, customize, and implement solutions for global plants and locations based on global processes.
• Strategically develop the cloud landscape and manage integrations with other cloud or on-premise applications.
• Lead IT HCM projects, managing timelines, budgets, and integration with other IT initiatives.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable education.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Previous experience in IT project management, including planning and implementation.
• Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work from or relocate to Poland.

Nice to have

• SAP Certified Application Associate certification within the relevant areas.
