What you will do
- Design and implement Sales Order workflow solutions in SAP S/4HANA, including approvals, blocking/release strategies, and automation.
- Configure Sales Orders, Outbound Deliveries, and Billing processes within SAP SD.
- Define sales-related approval workflows with business rules, thresholds, and multi-level chains.
- Collaborate with SAP MM and Finance teams for seamless integration in sales, procurement, and billing.
- Refine project backlog in Jira, identify workflow dependencies in Program Increments.
- Partner with stakeholders to design scalable, compliant end-to-end O2C workflows.
- Support testing, deployment, and hypercare for workflow implementations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP SD experience with strong expertise in Sales Order processing and SAP S/4HANA.
- Mandatory experience with Sales Order workflow functionality, approvals, release processes, and automation.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience with Flexible Workflow in S/4HANA and/or classic release strategies.
- Experience with integration between SAP SD, MM, and Finance (FI).
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Jira, and SAP Solution Manager; experience in large-scale SAFe programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in global environments.
