Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US, following Remote Work Policy. Up to 25% travel as needed.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD per year + bonus + benefits.

What you will do

• Establish and communicate product vision and roadmap balancing client needs with strategic goals.
• Prioritize product backlog and participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to uncover pain points, validate ideas, and identify opportunities.
• Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales for go-to-market and product positioning.
• Monitor competitors and trends to recommend enhancements and advocate for scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in product management or ownership in SaaS environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and travel up to 25%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).
