What you will do
- Build and lead the end-to-end revenue model across direct sales, marketplaces, resellers, and distributors.
- Define and execute a growth strategy by identifying high-impact revenue channels and ensuring scalable execution.
- Launch and scale new markets by assessing potential and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans.
- Optimize the partner ecosystem by managing distributors, improving sell-through rates, and leading commercial negotiations.
- Track and improve commercial performance using unit economics, margins, and forecasting accuracy.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
- Proven ability to grow revenue across multiple commercial channels and launch new markets.
- Experience working with physical products such as hardware or consumer electronics.
- Strong command of unit economics, margins, and data-driven forecasting.
- Ability to scale revenue from existing customers through retention and lifecycle management.
- Strong English communication skills for negotiations and international collaboration.
Nice to have
- Technical background in hardware hacking, development, or engineering.
- Understanding of hardware product development cycles, including manufacturing and BOM constraints.
- Experience scaling a startup to global distribution.
- Ability to position unknown products into must-have categories in experimental markets.
