What you will do

• Craft intuitive interfaces for user interaction with AI communication paradigms.
• Write Engineering Requirement Documents to guide projects from idea to implementation, rollout, and evaluation.
• Build unit and end-to-end test suites to maintain product performance and reliability.
• Integrate product analytics to measure feature success.
• Contribute to projects like React Native mobile apps, data filtering GUIs, real-time analytics grids, and design systems with Radix UI and Stitches.

Requirements

• Fluency in written English required; spoken English is a plus.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture for interactivity-rich systems handling data fetching, mutating, and rendering.
• Desire to participate in full project development process from research and planning to implementation and monitoring.
• Great written and verbal communication skills for asynchronous collaboration.
• Available for team meetings on Mondays and Fridays at 2:30 pm GMT.
• Commit to 2-week full-time or 4-week part-time paid work trial.
