What you will do

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of risk management processes and operational risk tools.
• Gather and validate operational incidents from diverse data sources to ensure high information quality.
• Coordinate with Internal Control and Internal Audit to identify root causes and establish resolution plans.
• Conduct interviews with department representatives to challenge root-cause identifications and verify solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports on operational incidents and the control environment for the Risk Committee.
• Monitor and challenge the addition of Key Risks based on incident trends.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico
• English: High proficiency required
• At least 2 years of experience in operational risk management, process review, or audit.
• Professional background in the banking sector or a large multinational (e.g., pharmaceuticals, manufacturing).
