What you will do

• Define and maintain company-wide architectural principles to guide the technical direction.
• Align technical decisions across multiple teams and domains to reduce organizational complexity.
• Lead RFCs, architecture reviews, and design discussions.
• Influence critical technical decisions and provide high-level engineering judgment.
• Participate in major incident analysis and implement systemic problem-solving strategies.

Requirements

• Experience working within a large engineering organization of 300+ engineers.
• Hands-on expertise with complex distributed systems.
• Proven track record of influencing architectural decisions beyond your immediate team.
• Deep understanding of system-level trade-offs and experience with large-scale refactoring.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and technical disagreements.
